Kettlebell swings are criminally underrated for midlife strength. Load the posterior chain, spike HRV, build bone density at the hip and spine — all in one movement.

Yes, kettlebell swings are amazing! I discovered Kettlebell workouts 5 years ago and I really enjoy them. We actually make an adjustable kettlebell that is available on amazon.ca under Manhas Health. It's currently sold out but give it a look, it has the best design on the market :)
